 We Provide Full Service Landscape Renovation and Construction Services

 

As a part of our landscape management service, we do a significant amount of landscape renovation and construction. Most landscapes are similar to other property assets, they age and often times eventually need to be "remodeled" to keep the property functional and attractive. Sometimes these renovations are small and simple and sometimes they are significant and complicated. We are proud to have developed the expertise and staffing to serve our customers with whatever type of landscape renovation or construction needs they have.

 
An example of a recent large and complicated landscape renovation is the courtyard of the Courtyard by Marriott Tanasbourne. This property was originally built over 20 years ago and has a landscape courtyard, their signature feature. The landscape consisted of mostly lawn and was aging and not providing the desired quality amenity they desired.  

 

       
The entire courtyard design was changed and we removed the existing lawn and installed a new native landscape.

 

This was a complicated job as it is an enclosed courtyard and some of the existing material, including a large gazebo and trees, needed to be craned out while some of the larger new trees, logs and boulders needed to be craned in. We also had to work around and be sensitive to the ongoing operations and occupied hotel.

  

We completed this project in July and are very proud of the final product and the feedback we received from the Courtyards staff has been very rewarding.
