RECORD RAIN, IS DROUGHT OVER?
With over 10 inches of rain in the first half of December, we are already over 50% above the monthly average.  It was quite a week and although we are a little behind on our fall clean-up due to weather impacting our schedule, we did assist many clients with flooding issues and storm clean-up.  Our hearts go out to those impacted by these natural disasters and we are motivated to help as one of our core values is to provide heroic service.  "Who you gonna call?"
A few comments from customers this past week:

"On behalf of all of us here at THV, I would like to thank you so very much for your exceptional and professional service.  With your help, we were able to avoid some serious damage from flooding."

"Oh my gosh ... what a mess ... and there you are out in a drenching downpour.  A cup of hot chocolate all around!  Thank you so much for your service to all of us at Silver Ridge."

"Thank you so much, David. I certainly appreciate the quick rally of troops :)"

"Again, thank you so much! I think it is safe to say that you saved me from many disasters over the past couple of days!"

On the drought front, we have a lot of winter to go through and the El Nino forecast still calls for dry and warmer weather.  So far we are ahead of schedule for snowpack but again, a lot of winter to go.
