The Pacific Landscape team trained last week for use of our new software program

Have mercy on us as we are in the throes of converting to a new mobile landscape business software.  We were in training last week in preparation of our conversion and are excited about what it will do for us.  And we are on schedule and on budget!

We have been operating for several years on a landscape business software called BOSS LM.  It was good but not as functional on mobile devices so we researched and chose to convert to Aspire.  Yes, even landscapers use sophisticated tools to manage our work and communicate with clients.

Aspire is a new landscape industry mobile software platform.  It will take us from the original bid proposal through management and completion of all our work.  All managers and supervisors will have real time access to job information in the field which will allow better job management and improve communication with clients.  One of the most significant tools is the "issues" module.  In this, we will be able to track issues that our crews or supervisors discover, allowing assignment to someone to resolve. It will also track the resolution or completion. We have long been using photos to communicate with customers the status of their properties or issues and this software will allow us to log and manage these communications much more effectively.

We hope this software change improves our service to you through more communication with pictures and easier access to job information in real time.  We also hope this improves our enhancement proposing and management to help you manage your landscape budget easier.  We desire to be your "Landscape Asset Manager" and believe this is a great tool to assist us in providing that to you.   There may be a few hiccups, as there are in any software, but as we move forward this will enhance our service to you.
