Every fall, we survey all our customers and use the data and comments collected to help us in our goal of continuous improvement. We always strive for the return of as many as possible to get feedback from a majority of our clients and ensure we have accurate data to help each of our managers, as well as all of us as a company make improvements. The above marks are the average of over 100 returned surveys. THANK YOU to all who returned our survey and if you haven't yet returned yours, please still consider doing so.
 

From our marks above, we see that our weed control, seasonal color and enhancements are the area of focus for improvements in the field. Weed control has historically been an area of concern as we know that most customers expect no weeds. The lower than normal seasonal color rating tells us that a normally strong part of our quality needs some work. We performed a significant amount of enhancements this past year and the volume did delay many thus the lower rating. We have made strides in developing more "innovative" solutions to problems through enhancement suggestions but see we still need to focus on this part of our service.

 

In addition to evaluating our company averages, we also use the individual survey feedback and comments to improve service to each property and customer. I read them all, discuss with each Area Manager and respond to all personally. I am very proud of our team and the service they provide but know we are not perfect and always have room for improvement. My commitment to you is that we will never be satisfied and always strive for improvement. "We care more and try harder than any other landscaper."
