My colleague Jack Pransky has just released a new book called "Seduced By Consciousness (great title!)." Those of you who have read his book, "Somebody Should Have Told Us" and were inspired by it, will definitely love this new book! It's rich with client stories and a deeper understanding of how we create our reality. And Jack, goes into a very transparent look into his relationships with women and how he had a blind spot in that area.
I love this passage:
"Quicker than the blink of an eye, good ol' consciousnesses took what I didn't know I was thinking and converted it into a "real" gut-filled feeling of worry. Worked to perfection every time.
"Consciousness doesn't care what I think: it gives me a real experience of any thought I come up with. Then it seduces me into believing the reality of it, making me forget completely it is my very own creation of illusion tricking me. If I were not creating worry, it would not exist! Do I really want to take seriously the worry of my own creation?"
