Client: Okay! (short moment) She is moving her whole body up and down -- like quickly. What does that mean?
Me: What are you sensing it means?
Client: It feels friendly, welcoming.
Me: Sounds right, trust your instincts. You could do the same thing.
Client: What do you mean?
Me: She is communicating to you non-verbally. You could mirror her up and down movement with your body.
Client: Cool. (the client moves their
body in and up and down motion for 15 seconds, then...) Greg, she is starting to glow!
