2016 was again a tremendous year as our business grew with our existing customers and we added several new and prominent properties and employees. We are proud of our team for their hard work and dedication to serve our customers to such high levels. Now, we know we are not perfect, but work hard to perform well and continually improve to better meet our customer's expectations as they change over time.
In our effort to improve, we survey our customers every year and use this information to set our strategic plan for the coming year. As part of our 2017 strategic planning, we developed 5 strategic objectives which will guide us in goal setting through the year. They are as follows:
