THANKSGIVING FOR YOUR FEEDBACK
During October, we performed our annual customer satisfaction survey process. We have done this every year since founding our business 15 years ago as it is vital for us to know how we are doing and to get feedback on how we can continue to improve. This year we changed our format a bit as we have joined an industry group to compare our responses to other similar companies around the nation. A total of 15 companies participated in this survey process this year.

We are proud to report that our overall survey marks were the best in the group. We were happy to see that 96% of respondents were overall very satisfied or at least satisfied and none of the respondents were dissatisfied.

Although we performed well compared to other similar companies, we do still do know that we have room to improve. Of the areas for improvement, we see that we are doing best at turf care, while weed control and shrub care could be better. Related to service, we do great at response time and in your ease in doing business with us but, could continue to work to be more proactive and understand our customers better. Our account managers will be working on these general areas as well as on any specific areas you specifically mentioned on your survey.

The above picture provides an overview of the survey results as they pertain to PLM. The DARK GREEN fields demonstrate responses of 'Very Satisfied' while the LIGHT GREEN field indicate 'Satisfied'. The YELLOW field indicates 'Neither Satisfied nor Dissatisfied' and RED fields indicate 'Dissatisfied'. Of the 492 specific questions answered in the 82 returned surveys, only 13 or 2% were answered dissatisfied. In terms of 'Overall Satisfaction' none were dissatisfied while 63% were 'Highly Satisfied' and 34% were 'Satisfied'.

Again, thank you to those who returned a survey. We greatly appreciate your feedback. For those who didn't return one, please do in the future and if you have feedback despite, feel free to let us know at any time.  [email protected]
