Even during finals week, Tier 1 Support will be available 24/7. While you may experience extended wait times, it's still important to contact Tier 1 if you have any issues with Canvas. Your instructors can verify whether or not you've used Tier 1 and this might be useful if you experience technical difficulties during a final exam.
