Alumni News

Lawrence Sun (BA in Biochemistry & BS in MCB, 2018) Since graduation I have been  studying for the MCAT and volunteering at a free health clinic here in Tucson, which serves low-income individuals without health insurance. I hang out with my friends, boxing, hiking, and running long distances. In my spare time, I have also learned how to cook and to play the guitar and the piano. I recently was hired as a medical scribe at the Northwest hospital, I am very excited to learn more about the medical field and to have more clinic experience in preparation of my medical school application. I have truly enjoyed my gap year so far, and I am very looking forward to the next adventure that awaits me.
