HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!
WE THANK ALL PACC MEMBERS AND FRIENDS
FOR THEIR SUPPORT.
We marked the end of this year's summer with a memorable
golf outing, which we hosted jointly with the Copernicus Center.
The fall that followed has been busy and bountiful for the PACC.
Thus far, highlights have included the PACC serving as
a Chicago-based partner agency for the organizers and sponsors of a
30-person
trade mission
which included representatives of businesses from Kraków and the Małopolska Region; Marshal of the Małopolska Region; Vice President of the City of Krakow; the CEO of Krakow Airport; and the CEO of LOT Polish Airlines. We thank again all PACC members and friends who helped welcome the delegation to Chicago and participated in any programs, including the Oct. 3 opening session and presentations and the Oct. 4 press briefing and meeting with Governor Rauner.
We had a great time mixing business and fun Oct. 26 at the Waukegan Rd branch of MB Financial in Morton Grove, IL, and we thank them again for their sponsorship and superb hospitality!
On Nov. 7, we enjoyed discussing Polish American entrepreneurship and business and trade between the US and Poland with a
delegation of alumni and students of the University of Warsaw EMBA program.
As a membership-based organization, we are especially proud when we hear of our members' accomplishments in business or career advancement.
With this in mind, we were very proud to note that our board members
Anna Tukiendorf-Wilhite and
Aneta Szulakiewicz were featured in recent editions of the VoyageChicago series on inspiring local entrepreneurs and independent businesses.
Also, hearty congratulations to PACC Executive Board Members Agnieszka Rapacz on her certification as Tea Somellier, and Iwona Filipiak on obtaining the Real Estate Expert (RENE) certificate.
