The MyChoice/Healthy You Card:

Value is in the Bag!

Every Molina member receives a MyChoice/Healthy You debit card.

Many plans feature additional benefits accessible through this card,

as well, including dental, vision, OTC, transportation,

food and produce, SSBCI and more.

For OTC benefits alone, members can use our debit cards when shopping

at more than 31,000 stores across the United States. Coverage for OTC

is for non-prescription health and wellness items like vitamins,

sunscreen, pain relievers, cough and cold medicine, and bandages.

The benefit amounts on each debit card vary by plan and by state.

MyChoice cards:

Members with MyChoice cards may order needed items online, by phone, or by mail. Members would check their MyChoice/Healthy You card balance using https://flex.molinahealthcare.com, or download the Molina Benefit Card app to check their balance and view items eligible for purchase. 

Healthy You cards:

Members with Healthy You cards would check their card balance using www.mybenefitscenter.com,or download the Benefit Card App to check their balance and view items eligible for purchase.
