Why Are We Going For a Referendum? Opportunities to Learn More

I have been through many referendums over the 25 years I have been fortunate to serve in public education leadership. One common question or complaint I hear after the day at the polls, or in the very immediate days just prior to the polls is, “why were we not informed of this?”

I cannot say with any more level of desire that it is what I truly want. As your Superintendent of the Yorkville Jt. #2 School District, I believe that you need, deserve, and must have transparent, honest, and accountable leadership and communication.

With the best intentions, I hope that the following efforts reach every possible voter, allowing each and every one to have all questions answered.
