Chromebook Devices Available

All Live Oak Public Libraries locations now have Chromebooks available for checkout! Adults can borrow a device to get work done at the library or from home. This increased access to technology was made possible through grant funding from Georgia Public Library Service and the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Please call or visit your local library to learn more.

Multifunction Devices are being installed at libraries. The new machines offer high quality, all-in-one Print/Copy/Scan/Fax services. Updated fees apply to upgraded services. Old copy cards are going away, so please use your balance or request a refund at your library.

Practice Your Driving Skills

Test your driving skills with the Driver Safety Simulator! Learn about distracted driving and how to stay safe behind the wheel. Free and open to the public at select library locations this summer, in partnership with the Coastal Georgia Center for Driver Safety and Savannah Technical College.

Learning Launchpads

Keep your youngster engaged at home with Launchpad tablets. These interactive devices have storybooks, educational videos, and bilingual resources to keep your child interested in learning. No internet required! Available for checkout from Bull Street, Garden City, Tybee, and W.W. Law Library.

World Book Online

Have you seen the Library's newest e-resource? World Book Online has learning tools, ebooks, and activities for all ages, as well as information in Spanish. Free access with your library card or Student PLAY Account.
