2021 Annual Meeting - REGISTRATION IS OPEN!  Register Today!
The 2021 PBA Annual Meeting will be held LIVE October 24-27 at Wind Creek Bethlehem and hosted by Discover Lehigh Valley.

Registration is OPEN and we are looking forward to seeing everyone!

The meeting welcomes motorcoach operators and tour planners, associate members, and travel supplier members to increase business opportunities.

Two sessions, and PBA member favorites, are a great way to network and get more business:

INDUSTRY EXPO: This event is specifically designed for the motorcoach operators attending the annual meeting and companies that service the motorcoach industry such as bus manufacturers, insurance, seating, technology, etc.  It is an opportunity for these companies to meet one-on-one with the motorcoach operator representatives to learn about their products and how to utilize them in their operations.  With a variety of networking opportunities at the annual meeting, any associate member can continue that networking during the evening events, hospitality suites, etc.

SALES RETREAT:  This event provides unlimited business opportunities between PBA's motorcoach operator members and travel suppliers at the annual meeting!  The operators have a table and the travel suppliers are divided into group A and B so that everyone has time to visit with the operators without standing in line and waiting.  Everyone will have 5 minute visits at motorcoach operator tables.  There is plenty of time to visit all the operators so that you can talk about your property, attraction, venue, etc.

Check out what is new at Wind Creek by reading their most recent newsletter!

Visit the Annual Meeting webpage to get ALL the details and to register.
PBA Travel Suppliers - Are You Open for Business?
We sent travel supplier members emails asking to complete a short survey form to let us know the status of being "open for business".  We are sharing this information so our operator members know who is open for trip planning.  We also asked for contact updates for our database.  Missed the memo?  Here's a link to complete the form.  Updated results are available to download and view.   #letsgetrolling!
