Our fall season ends December 5 and our winter season begins December 6. If you're currently swimming with us and would like to join us for winter, please confirm by November 1.

If you're not currently swimming with us, we will consider new swimmers starting November 15.

After you have confirmed with a coach, you can register for the winter season on Community Pass beginning November 8.

If you ordered gear from All-American Aquatics, it will be available for pickup at the YWCA the week of November 1. Stay tuned for more info about exactly where and when.

Custom parkas are not yet available for pickup. They will take a little longer and should be ready in a few weeks.

Interested in earning your lifeguard certification? We're hosting a Red Cross lifeguarding course on the following dates:

The times for the November weekends are TBD, but plan on most of the day.

The cost is $375 and you must be at least 15 years old to enroll.

Congratulations to our high school girls who have completed their IHSA championship meets and good luck to those with competitions yet to come. We look forward to welcoming you back to the YWCA!

If you did not receive an email from your coach about any of these meets, your group is not eligible. All groups not participating in away meets during the fall season (Green, Yellow, White, Copper, Red and Silver) will have time trials during regular practices November 29-December 5.

As we move out of pandemic restrictions, we hope to have more meets available to all groups.

All swimmers -- regardless of vaccination status -- should arrive at the YWCA wearing masks. All swimmers who have been vaccinated should provide vaccination cards (electronic or hard copies) to their coaches.

We continue to adhere to the City of Chicago's Travel Advisory, which applies to those who are unvaccinated. Thank you for your ongoing caution and commitment to safety!
