Fire Chief Talks about COVID-19 Precautions
Leading the City’s Emergency Management efforts is our Fire Chief Marcos De La Rosa. In this interview with Coral Gables Television, he talks about some important steps to take to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Senior Residents: We're Here to Help!
If you’re an elderly resident in need of help, please contact 305-460-5401. Our Community Recreation staff is also making daily phone calls to check on approximately 1,000 of its senior residents to ensure they are safe and informed. Our firefighters have also done several in-person wellness visits. This risk assessment will help our Emergency Management team determine how to best assist our most vulnerable population. They are not alone during these challenging times.
Today is Census Day 2020
The Census, required by the U.S. Constitution,   is conducted every 10 years and is happening now . While staying at home and looking for things to do, take time now to complete the Census 2020. It takes just five minutes to complete the Census online. The City of Coral Gables needs your count - an accurate count helps our community secure critical resources for our schools, roads, and other needed services. Please complete the online application or via phone by calling 1-844-330-2020.
You Can Still PlayGables at Home
