Advent Festival, This Sunday

November 27, 9:15 - 10:10 AM

Come celebrate and prepare for the Advent season with Advent Wreath making, ornament making, crafts, and fellowship. This intergenerational offering is open to all. Join us in St. Mary's for crafts or St. Andrew's for wreath making ($5 for a wreath holder & $5 for Advent candles). Bring your own wreath holder and use our fresh greenery!

"Waiting in Silence ... Together"

In the hustle and bustle of this time of year, do you need prayers? Do you need a quiet space for contemplation and meditation? The Rev. Dr. Joanne Sanders will be in the Prayer Room on Sundays during Advent from 10:00 - 10:20 AM to sit, pray, and reflect with you. All are welcome.

With over 100,000 Christmas lights we are ready to spread the light of Christ! Invite your neighbors, friends, and strangers in the grocery store! We have new displays and rumor has it Santa will be making an appearance every night of the Light Festival.


We have a few more lights to hang up and our final push will occur this Friday & Saturday (Nov. 25 & 26) CLICK HERE to help hang lights. Can you volunteer on one of the Light Nights in December? CLICK HERE to help welcome thousands to our campus, work concessions, the parking lot, or be a floater to help with various tasks.

Artificial Trees & Santa Chair

Shhh. Rumor has it jolly St. Nicholas (aka Santa) will be making an appearance each night of our light festival. Help us turn the pavilion into a winter wonderland for pictures with Santa. Help our outreach partners and guests stay warm this winter as we make no-sew blankets. This intergenerational offering is open to all.


Christmas Pageant

St. Michael's Annual Christmas Pageant is back this year and will take place during the 10:30 AM worship service as the "Liturgy of the Word." Join us as we prepare to welcome the Christ child into our hearts and homes.

Messiah Sing-Along

Sunday, Dec. 4, 3:00pm

First Christian Church


Join St. Michael's choir for a fun field-trip and sing-along. Admission is a free will offering ($15 suggested) and arrive early to get a good seat. Parking is limited and carpooling is recommended. Look for the Rev. Dr. Joanne Sanders and your other friends from St. Michael's! Scores are available in the choir room, but please return them when you are done. First Christian Church is located at 16 E. During the season of Advent & Christmas we adorn our church with greenery and poinsettias that have been given by members of our community in thanksgiving or in memory of a loved one. 20s & 30s Christmas Social

Gingerbread House Making



20s & 30's are invited to join us at St. Michael's to build gingerbread houses together. There may, or may not be, prizes for the best houses. Bring a snack to share and friend. Drinks will be provided by St. Mike's. To RSVP email owen@stmikeschurch.com or call the church office. 719-598-3244.
