Black History Tour of The Grove Museum

John Grandage will lead an in-depth guided tour of the Grove Museum and grounds, focusing on Black History in the context of Tallahassee, The Grove, and broader themes in American history and historic preservation. Botanical Bas Relief
Fridays, Feb. 28 & Mar. 7
9:00 am – 12:00 noon
Learn the art of pressing flowers and leaves into clay. In this hands-on session, you'll create stunning designs by framing your work and pouring plaster of Paris, painting both your reliefs and firing your clay relief. Suitable for all skill levels.

Games kick off February 26 with a Torch Run at Cascades Park
and continue through March 18 with a Celebration of Athletes.

Alzheimer's Disease
Education & Training Conference
The Alzheimer's Project, Inc. and FSU College of Medicine will host this annual conference on Saturday, February 15.
The free conference provides caregivers and professionals with information and resources needed to care for people with dementia. Complimentary on-site respite room is available with caregiver registration.

AARP Tax Aide This year, AARP is offering both In-Person and Drop-off Service. With the convenient drop off service, you will leave your tax documents with an IRS-certified volunteer who will prepare your return. During a second visit, you will work together to finalize your return, file it and leave with a printed copy of the return and your original documents.
