Feel free to drop off artwork up until Feb 3rd in the Art Program Coordinators office and fill out an artwork label and tape to the back of your artworks if you cannot bring it from 9am-10am on February 3rd. If dropping off early please email a photo with title and contact email if we need to reach out.

We always have On-Going Studio Art Classes & Labs

On-going studio classes meet on a weekly basis and do not require pre-registration; Pay the days you attend.  $10 per class Seniors (age 50+), $12 Others (age 18-49). Or buy an art card that gives you eight classes for the price of seven. Before joining, visit the class, chat with the instructor, and receive a supply list. Workshops do require pre-registration and pre-payment. All classes are located at the Senior Center Art Studio unless otherwise noted (under neighborhood locations). Clay Lab is $7 per class and Painting Lab is $5 per class. Please email the art program coordinator for the Clay and Painting Lab dates - since they change frequently.

COMMUNITY ART NEWS AND BEYOND

ARTIST and TSC Arts Participant TERRY HAWKINS has a show currently up at GADSDSEN ARTS titled: Terry Hawkins: Reflections in Brushstrokes. There will be two receptions - January 18th 5-7pm and February 21st 5-7pm.

ARTIST and TSC Arts Participant TOM MITAS has a show currently up at Bruce J. Host Northeast Branch Library. On view until January 31st, 2025.

ARTIST and TSC Arts Participant MJ LORD is featured in a recently published book Marking Time with Fabric and Thread. 👏
