GradCO is a collaboration of graduate degree-granting universities across Colorado. It is designed to deliver a variety of high-quality professional development workshops, information sessions, and trainings to our graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

Upcoming Campus Events

Veteran's Week


In celebration of Veterans Day, the MVSC is hosting several events during the week of November 6th through 10th. 


Stop by the MVSC to grab a snack and to enter the Veterans Day Raffle to win some CSU Pueblo swag! 


  • Thursday Nov 9th, the MVSC invites all veterans to have lunch in the Pack Cafe on us! Meal vouchers can be picked up in the MVSC. 


  • Friday Nov 10th, the MVSC invites all of campus and the community to the Southeast Asia Memorial for the Veterans Day Ceremony. The ceremony will start at 10am with a reception to follow. 


  • Join us on Saturday in downtown Pueblo for the Veterans Day Bash! Events start at 10am with a parade followed by a ceremony at noon. 


  • The CSU Pueblo Athletics Department is offering free admission to all Veterans and their families to the football game on Saturday Nov 11th. There is a limit of 4 tickets. Contact the MVSC to reserve your tickets.

We need your voices and experiences! Your journey to CSU Pueblo matters, and we want to hear all about it. Whether you sailed through the process or encountered a few bumps along the way, your insights can help improve our services in Admissions and Enrollment Management.


🤔 Did we inundate your inbox with emails? Or perhaps you felt like you needed more information? Were there moments of confusion or exceptional support that you'd like to share? We want to know it all!


Join the Enrollment Management team for one of the upcoming Focus Groups, where you can speak your mind and help shape the future of CSU Pueblo. Plus, they're offering free food and exciting prizes as a token of appreciation for your time and input.

Scholarship and Grant Opportunities

Native Forward Direct Scholarship


Native Forward Scholars Fund recognizes the limited access American Indian and Alaska Native students have when pursuing higher education. Native Forward offers the Direct Scholarship to allow students an opportunity to apply for mid-year funding to help alleviate educational costs to continue with their pursuit of higher education. 

  • American Indian and Alaska Native students with proof of Tribal membership are encouraged to apply  


Deadline: November 17, 2023, by 11:59 MST

Career Development Grant


Career Development Grants provide funding to women who hold a bachelor’s degree and are preparing to advance or change careers or re-enter the workforce. 

  • Education, medical sciences, social sciences and STEM majors are encouraged to apply 


Award: $2,00-$20,00

GEM Fellowship Program


This program is to promote the benefits of a master's degree within industry. GEM Fellows are provided practical engineering summer work experiences through an employer sponsor and a portable academic year fellowship of tuition, fees, and a stipend which may be used at any participating GEM Member University where the GEM Fellow is admitted. 

  • Engineering, biology, and chemistry students are encouraged to apply 


Award: $16,000 total stipend over two years 


Deadline: November 10, 2023, 11:59 p.m. EST

Flagship Scholarship


Flagship scholarship recipients receive financial support, access to multiple leadership development programs, mentorship or coaching, and the support of a community of scholars and alumni. 

  • For all LGBTQ+ community graduate students are encouraged to apply  


Award: Based on financial need, renewable up to four years  


Deadline: December 5, 2023, 9 a.m. PST/12:00 p.m. ES

Stem Fellowship


Graduate Fellowship for STEM Diversity, formerly known as the National Physical Science Consortium (NPSC), was founded in 1989 “To increase the number of American citizens with graduate degrees in STEM fields, emphasizing recruitment of a diverse applicant pool.” 

 

  • Mechanical engineering and Chemistry students are encouraged to apply 

 

Award: $27,000 annually 

Deadline: December 29, 2023

MVSC Scholarship


The MVSC Scholarship will open Wednesday, November 1 for the spring 2024 semester. All applications must be submitted no later than close of business (5:00pm), January 5, 2024
