Together we ARE Saginaw ISD.

It is my pleasure to officially announce the launch of "Our Story" at Saginaw ISD.  The purpose of this collaborative story share platform is to provide an extensive, authentic voice for every staff member.  This opportunity provides choice of engagement with a complimenting guide that outlines a personal Thrillshare training and certification process for team members that can lead to a Brand Ambassador status.

Our overwhelming positive stories of education accentuate the “Orange Frog” happiness advantage that we celebrate within a positive culture throughout Saginaw ISD.  This expanding culture initiative allows for every ISD team member to proactively share positive stories, interactions, programs, events, and successes, while simultaneously celebrating students, staff, work, and community.  With the collective voice of "Our Story," we have the ability to promote the gold standard of servant leadership and perpetually shift our organization from good to great.

If you have a positive story to share, I encourage you to become a collective author of "Our Story" through Saginaw ISD’s new Thrillshare Training for Storytelling and Brand Ambassador Certification Program Guide.  These stories represent our devoted passion to education and how much we care about the success of our students.  Together we ARE Saginaw ISD.

Yours in Education,
Jeffrey Collier, Superintendent
