Repairs to Start on Library Exterior Wall
Construction will begin on Monday, July 12th to repair the brick on the Library's left side exterior wall. The sidewalk in front of the building will be temporarily unavailable while construction is underway. The sculpture donated by the Re family will be temporarily relocated to the back of the library. Thank you for bearing with us while we continue the work of keeping the library beautiful.
There's Still Time to Earn Beanstack Points
This summer's reading challenge continues through the end of July. Don't forget to log your reading pages and hours. You can also earn prizes and activity badges by participating in Tales and Tails programming at the library.

Children's Story Time
Join Miss Julie and Miss Heidi for Children's storytime at the Library. Due to increasing class sizes, we are now requiring registration, sessions are filling up fast, so register now. To register, call the library at 937-667-3826 or go to our children's programming page online and scroll down to the storytime tab. If registration page does not pop-up, that means the class is closed.

Wild Readers Book Club

Join Miss Heidi on Facebook Live as she booktalks some nonfiction animal books and fiction books about horses. Read one of the books on her recommended list and receive points in your Beanstack account towards the Wild Reader’s Book Club Badge.
Animal Adventure Club
The Animal Adventure Club will include activities, book talks, and some special guests. All programs will be in the meeting room with registration required.

July 29th 11:00 a.m.- noon: It’s Animal Battle Day! Which animal is the fastest, mightiest, biggest, or smartest?  We’ll learn about different animals using these two popular book series and play games to see what animals will rule the kingdom. Movie Matinee for Elementary Children!
Tuesday July 13th 2:30 - 4:00 p.m.
Location: Library Meeting Room

Enjoy a special afternoon movie matinee in the cool Library Meeting Room and watch Disney's G-Force. A specially trained squad of guinea pigs is dispatched to stop a diabolical billionaire from taking over the world in this PG-rated Disney classic from 2009, appropriate for children 6 years and up. We'll provide popcorn and punch as the adventure and hilarity unfolds.
Family Night with Our Farm Sanctuary
Tuesday July 20th 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Location: Library Meeting Room

We’re teaming up with our community partner this summer- Our Farm Sanctuary. A representative from the group will talk to families about what to expect when adopting a pet. We’ll help you consider other pets you might enjoy adding to your family! There will also be a brief storytime and craft with Miss Julie & Miss Heidi at the end. No registration required.

Join new teen librarian Miss Grace for a night of fun and creativity. Teens can decorate their own coffee mugs with the markers we provide. Spend some time unwinding with a monthly DIY craft kit! Each month we will provide a DIY for you to create and display in your home! July’s DIY will be teaching you how to make a miniature terrarium to brighten up your home! Overdue for a Brew: Sours

Join us for a Facebook live video on the Tipp City Public Library page where we'll talk all about the world of Sour Ales.

Conservation: All About Conservation
