SBA EIDL Application Form

Yesterday we discussed the Small Business Administration (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) application process and in the last 24 hours we have received dozens of inquiries.

After going through the form ourselves and speaking with the folks at SBA to obtain all of the knowledge available at this time, our team has developed a strong grasp of the form and the appropriate answers to the questions within the form for dry cleaners.

Before filling out the form, you will need to collect your EIN number, social security number, bank account and routing number, gross revenues from 1/31/19 to 1/31/20, and operating expenses for that period, date the business was founded, and date of current ownership, which may be the same.

PPP Loan Application Form

We sent out an update on 3/28 with information on the CARES Act and we had hoped to provide guidance similar to the EIDL example form above for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan application.

Unfortunately we've just been notified by a representative of a bank, that as of 4/1/2020 at 4 PM CT, the form must be modified and the final version has not yet been issued, meaning any existing forms are not correct. As soon as the final PPP loan application form is released, our team will be in contact with the appropriate personnel to create guidance for that as well.

We will be hosting a Google Hangouts session for those who would like to discuss the SBA and PPP loan and have some of the questions answered.
