CARPC Awarded FEMA Funding for Black Earth Creek Watershed Green Infrastructure Plan
We are pleased to announce that FEMA has approved funding through their Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for the CARPC-led initiative to develop a green infrastructure plan for the Black Earth Creek watershed. Building on our recent partnership with USACE and the groundwork already laid by Steering Committee members, this funding will be used to hire a consultant to assist with plan development. Read more about the project on our website and stay tuned for more updates as it progresses.
Adopted an amendment to the 2021 budget reducing CARPC's billing to Dane County by 2.5%, aligning with the adopted County budget guidelines for small departments
