Welcome to Brammer Broadcast. Brammer Engineering, Inc. is a full service contract operating, property management and consulting firm founded in 1968 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Thanks for taking a moment to let us share some news and information about our industry and our company...a longtime outsourcing resource for the oil and gas industry.
What it Does: Passage of this amendment would help resolve a decades-long dispute between local tax assessor and the oil and gas industry about how wells are valued for property tax purposes. CA-2 makes the income approach available to assessors for oil and gas well valuation. Industry and the Assessors Association both agree this is the right way forward to solve decades of conflict over the fair way to assess an oil and gas well.
