The Annual Physician and Provider NPS Survey
Is Now Live

T his week, our annual survey of physician and provider work experience arrived in your e-mail inboxes (addressed from Dean Talmadge King). For the last 5 years, your responses to this survey have served to drive improvements throughout our organization resulting in improvements in Net Promoter Scores and a burnout rate among our physicians that is 7 points lower than the very high rate of 44% reported nationally. We have a lot to be proud of, and we still have a lot more opportunity before us.

As times continue to change, so may your ideas about what would make our careers and work at UCSF more sustainable and rewarding. Please take a moment to share your thoughts before March 18th, 2020.

Check out the NPS leader toolkit to view historical survey results, improvements, and resources for leading this work in your area.

I continue to feel thankful for all of you, our leaders, and our culture that allow us to do the work we do while continuously striving to make it better.
