Mindful Choices Mandala
Practice being mindful, or aware, of how often you have choices. Whenever you are deciding between two or more options, you are making a choice. We can make mindful choices by considering not just what we think but how that choice makes us feel. When a choice feels good, then it is going to be the right choice.
Print out a Mandala Coloring Page, Lay out colored pencils, markers or crayons. Take a moment and a few deep breaths. Look at your Mandala and ask which shape to color first.
