Just like the seeds we plant in soil and nurture to grow into trees, plants and vegetables, we can also plant thought seeds in our minds and hearts. Thought seeds are ideas we have about things that we want to have, do or experience.
Take a moment to think about new things you would like to have, do or experience this Spring and Summer. Plant your ideas in your mind and heart and, just like nurturing a real seed, take actions towards your ideas by thinking and feeling positively about them. Take time to weed out thoughts and feelings that may not be helping your seed grow.
