National Night Out - Picnic in the Park
Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018 from 5 to 8:30 p.m. at the Broomfield County Commons. There will be interactive learning stations, all-hazard preparedness education centers, a demonstration by North Metro Fire Rescue showing extrication from a crashed car, a police K-9 demonstration, and an interactive SWAT display.   Read more...

What's Brewing in Broomfield
Aug. 25, 2018 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Join the Broomfield Open Space Foundation for its annual event at the Brunner Farmhouse.  

Rec Center Maintenance Closure
The Paul Derda Recreation Center will be closed Aug. 20-26, 2018, for annual maintenance. The pool will be closed Aug. 13-26. Broomfield Community Center and Senior Center will be closed Aug.13 - Sept. 9. The BCC will remain closed (see information below) and the Senior Center will re-open on Sept. 10.

Broomfield Community Center Reconstruction
The Broomfield Community Center is getting a face lift!  The center will be closed beginning Aug. 27 to begin construction on a new facility. The Broomfield Senior Center will remain open (beginning Sept. 10) during construction.

DMV Office Closure
Broomfield's Motor Vehicle office will be closed Aug. 1-5, 2018. The Colorado Department of Revenue is replacing the statewide computer system that has been used since 1983. During the implementation of the new system, Broomfield's Motor Vehicle office will not be able to do transactions. Plan to renew plates early.  Here are some options:
