Helix Legal Academy will open with a 6th grade class in the 2021-22 school year in downtown Baton Rouge. The following year, the legal academy will add a 7th grade and will complete its expansion as a middle school in the 2023-24 school year. |

ThinkLaw is the curriculum we will be using to expose our students to legal principles and critical thinking everyday. thinkLaw uses real legal cases to engage students and create a space for them to do the heavy cognitive lift. We are extremely excited about this partnership. |

A special shout out goes to the Darry Beckwith Foundation for allowing us to partner with them to make today an unforgettable day for students at Gardere Community Christian School. All K - 5 students received two gifts each. Their families, teachers, and staff have done a great job teaching them the true meaning of Christmas, and how giving is always the ultimate gift. |
