Trinity Shadow Updates
Trinity is proud to announce we are on track to host over 110 shadows during October and November. This year, we have begun to shadow on Mondays and some Thursdays. This has allowed us to give attention to entire groups of youth at one time, as well as provide parents with information on their own mini-shadow sessions. If you know someone who wants to know more about Trinity’s #faith, #family #future #legacy, simply have them go to www.trinityshadow.org to register!
Welcome to the class of 2023!

Trinity's Legacy

A note from Angie Ross, Aquinas Class of '89
My time spent at Aquinas has impacted my life in many ways. First and foremost in my mind are the lifelong friendships that I made. Some of the friendships I count on the most in my life are people I met at Aquinas. The support and love from those friends mean the world to me. Along with the many amazing memories we share....

A note from Beth Kissel, Mercy Class of '79
Although I had attended PSR at St. Catherine of Sienna, Mercy High School was really my true first experience with Catholic education. I knew I could handle the academics at Mercy, but I was not so sure about theology classes. I remember the first thing we had to study in theology - the history of the Religious Sisters of Mercy - something that no one in the class knew. My anxiety was put to rest and for the next 4 years and I came to love all that Mercy offered. After graduation, many of my teachers.... Trinity's Thought Exchange
Trinity has been using a new type of software and activity called a Thoughtexchange to gather information from the community. This data has been essential in allowing Father Jeff and his team to identify ideas, thoughts, and concerns from various groups of the Trinity community. This information has helped to inform decisions around repairs to the gym roof, a new audio system for the gym, implementation of.... Homecoming At Trinity
Our week-long celebration before Homecoming is Spirit Week, and you could feel the Trinity spirit throughout the building. Each day the students had fun dressing in themes. The student council also sponsored a door decorating contest for each family. Mrs. Lappe’s family was voted best and enjoyed homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast!

Our annual Homecoming dance was held on October 6, 2018. This year’s theme was a Night in Paris. The student council worked hard to transform the gallery, lobby, and gym into the streets of Paris, and congratulations to our students Kailee Pointer and Shammond Cooper who were crowned king and queen!

Trinity Connects to God
Throughout the month of November, we will be exploring new and different ways to learn about and pray to the saints and our loved ones who have died and are now with God in heaven.

In the Catholic faith, we believe the saints in heaven are like our friends on earth and we can pray to them just like you would ask your friend to pray for you. Because they are in heaven, they are very close to God and can intercede for us, that is that there is a very real connection between our lives and those who have died.

Throughout the month, at Trinity, we will have different activities and prayers to learn about the saints. For example, each week, we will be giving our students and faculty a prayer card of a different saint. The art on this prayer card was created by Jalynn Barnes, a sophomore at Trinity.

Trinity Students Heading to Le Moyne
Last month, Jim Joseph, Dean of the nationally ranked Madden School of Business of Le Moyne College visited Trinity Catholic High School to introduce the Madden-Trinity Scholars Program, in which students can qualify for a $10K scholarship, 2 paid internships, a mentor and a first job interview. It is an extraordinary partnership!

Trinity student Jaylin McCombs attended Dean Joseph’s presentation and decided to to follow up with a video conference. Read more

The evening was full of inspiration. We honored the legacy of Sr. Karl Mary, listened to beautiful stories of impact from our students Lauren and Isaiah, and raised $174,000 for Trinity!
