Behind the Scenes: Our Reservation System with the State Library of Ohio
Have you ever requested items from other libraries and wondered how it works? Items come to our library daily from other libraries within the State of Ohio through our reservation system. They are delivered by our cargo delivery person, Jeremy, who brings us deliveries once a day--canvas bags filled with items we process for our patrons to enjoy.

If you have not used our reservation system, we encourage you to do so! While our library stocks our shelves filled with lots of different items for you and your family to enjoy, we cannot house everything under the sun--that's where OTHER libraries within our consortium come into play. If you search for an item in our Catalog and we do not own that item, most likely you will find the item available for request from another library within our consortium. Once the hold is placed, the item goes on it's journey through our State Library of Ohio cargo system, where eventually it enters our doors, then is processed by our library and to your home. Visit our website today and explore the Catalog to see what our library (and other libraries within our consortium) have to offer! If you have any questions, feel free to email us at  info@tippcitylibrary.org   or call us during our hours of operation at (937) 667-3826.
Log Your Summer Library Club Points Before July 31!
Believe it or not, our Summer Library Club is nearing its end! The Summer Library Club ends soon, but you still have time to log your reading and participation points in Beanstack anytime between now and July 31. Our library has lots of great prizes for everyone to enjoy, and prizes are available for pickup until August 8 by 4:30 p.m. Elementary Readers still have time to earn their third and fourth prizes by continuing to read or completing At-Home Activities found on the  Children's page on our  website . At-Home Activities include watching a video, completing a Mad-Lib story, trying a Lego challenge or picking up a Take-Home Activity pack to complete at home. If you have questions about Beanstack or our Summer Library Club, email us at info@tippcitylibrary.org   or call us during our hours of operation at (937) 667-3826 and one of our library's staff members will assist you.
