The email address you provide in your micro-site is where customers' requests for appointments will be sent?
 
So, make sure it is valid and the recipient is aware.
 
You can also now add additional email addresses, as a backup, to make sure customers are not waiting for a response if someone is on vacation or no longer with the company.
 
Login to certifymyshop.com , click on the "Marketing Tools" tab and then "Micro Websites" sub-tab. Scroll down to "Shop Information" and update your information.

New Ford Campaign Focuses on Engineering Perspective

Ford has created a new series of YouTube videos, collectively entitled Why The Right Parts Matter, featuring top Ford engineers in their areas of expertise, highlighting the different reasons why it's important to buy original Ford parts while also providing an insight into vehicle repairs from an engineering perspective.
CAPA CERTIFIED...
OR IS IT?

The president of the Vermont Auto Body Association sent a  letter  to CAPA stating they performed hardness tests on CAPA's High-Strength Steel parts and received a 100% failure rate.   CAPA responded to the letter, noting some of the parts in question have been decertified. Those parts had originally met their tensile and yield strength tests but when re-tested some time later, "no longer did so."  Click here to read CAPA's response to the parts hardness issues.
