Welcome Back Chef Chris Snee!


We are happy to welcome back Chef Chris Snee to the Holiday Inn & Harrigan's as the Executive Chef.   Chef Chris served in this role for nearly seven years from 2005 until 2012.  In his past he has extensive culinary experience in hotels and catering facilities.  A native of Glencove, Long Island, Chris started his culinary career in a dish room of a local restaurant, and worked his way through the ranks.  His culinary training at the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, New Jersey led to additional study and training in Switzerland at the Hotel Baumgarten in Lucerne, and in the kitchens of Hotel Anaga in Japan.  He utilized his international experiences at such prestigious hotels as the Four Seasons and The Hay Adams in Washington D.C.  Chris has cooked for celebrities, heads of state, and several U.S. Presidents in the last two decades.  We are thrilled to welcome Chris back to Johnstown and he hopes to see everyone soon in Harrigan's!
