This week Chef Szymanski will feature Grilled Red Deer Chops with Brandied Cherry Demi for $29.00.  These chops are very deep red in color with rich flavor. The chops will be complimented by potato gratine and roasted root vegetables.  We have paired Super Tuscan, Antinori, Santa Christina, Toscanna 2010 (Italy) with the deer chops.  This wine exhibits full, intense fragrance with hints of red fruit which bring to mind cherries and raspberries.  It is smooth and well-balanced on the palate with gentle tannins on the finish.  Enjoy it in Harrigan's for $30.00 by the bottle or $8.00 by the glass.
