Join Grissell and explore new ways to strengthen your rotators and challenge the muscular endurance. Learn new ways to feel the ball and socket joint glide between internal & external rotation while keeping your pelvis in a neutral position. Ending with some gentle stretching and inviting the rotators to move w/ ease.
