Up Your Sharing Game with "Template/Preview"!

Ever want to force a copy of a resource you're sharing, but get frustrated that people don't know what they're copying?!

Instead of sending an editable file, share a forced copy with a preview to let others view your work before making their own copy!

On the Google resource you wish to share, navigate your way to the URL bar! Then just tweak the URL: replace "/edit" with "/template/preview" and share that link (not the link generated through the share button). This keeps your original file intact while ensuring seamless collaboration. NOTE: Sharing settings of the original doc must be set to "Anyone With Link Can View!"

Try it out and make sharing more efficient!

From the nominator: Becca not only uses her Beebots with the STEM scale up mats she was awarded but she is creating materials for her students to use for story retelling. She is rotating other PreK classes through her classroom and teaching them how to code also. Becca was not only willing to go outside her comfort zone and learn how to integrate CS into her PreK classroom, she is leading her PreK team in learning more about CS integration.
