In February, many of the off-duty Semmes Police Officers and Firefighters played in a basketball game at Semmes Elementary against the school's 5th graders and their dads. It was a great community event!

The Semmes Camellia Maids were very busy in February. They participated in Allentown Elementary School's Book Character Parade, read books to children for Read Across America, rode in a Mardi Gras Parade downtown Mobile, participated in High Five Friday, and had appearances at the Library's Art Reception.

Due to the timing of Easter and Spring Break this year, the City's Spring Fling and Splash Pad Opening will take place on the same day. We look forward to seeing you all there!
