Bread of the Week

Oatmeal Sandwich

Look no further for a wheat bread the whole family will enjoy. This wholesome bread is made with whole wheat flour, bread flour, oats and is slightly sweetened with a touch of brown sugar. It's a favorite breads for toasting, and it makes a killer PB&J. We use the same dough to create those delicious breakfast buns for Melanie's Restaurant. It's delicious!


Oatmeal Sandwich is available every day this week for $5.50.

A menu favorite is getting the west coast treatment! Our grilled chicken breast is sliced and topped with bacon and melted provolone served on toasted Stick Boy Sourdough bread with chipotle ranch, pickled jalapenos, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Upgrade your sandwich with a side of fries and our homemade ketchup.


California Kop is available for $13.50 with chips and a pickle, and $16.00 with fries.

London Fog Scone

Are you familiar with our London Fog latte made with earl grey tea, vanilla and steamed milk? We've taken that same flavor profile and turned it into a delicate little scone. The dough is made with all vegan ingredients blended with brewed earl grey tea. It's baked to perfection, and we finish with an earl grey and vanilla drizzle. Enjoy with your fresh brewed coffee, or go crazy and get a London Fog latte to go with your London Fog scone!


London Fog Scone is available for $3.25.

The Helene high water mark at Valle Crucis Community Park!


We are honored to let you know, from the sales of Hatchet Resilient blend (half of the sales from each bag sold), we have been able to give out a second round of donations totaling $12,000. Valle Crucis Park, State Line Relief Center, River and Earth Adventures, and Valle Crucis Elementary School PTSO each received $3,000. A HUGE THANK YOU to all of you who purchased Resilient Blend. It's currently not in production, but be on the lookout. We are planning to bring it back to continue this initiative.
