Intro to Pilates focuses on stretching every muscle from head to toe. Whether you haven't exercised in a long time or want to add a good stretch into an already robust routine, Intro to Pilates will leave you ready to move your body better. The many benefits of Pilates include improved core strength, better flexibility,

enhanced posture, better balance and improved breathing.

This class will incorporate total body moves. We will use standing yoga to warm up. Then move into some balance work, which will incorporate core and strength. Following with some Barre; beginning with light weights and arms and finish with leg work. The yoga sequence will be the last group of exercises, concentrating on one posture with some slight flows to the pose. We will close the class on the mat with yoga stretches and releases. Praise & Balance incorporates positive vibes, scripture, praise and prayer throughout the entire class. Come in stressed and leave feeling blessed.
