Faith Forum

April 20, Easter Sunday - We will not hold Faith Forum.


April 27, We will resume our study: Entering the Passion of Jesus.


May 4, Congregational Meeting, no Faith Forum. 


Children & Youth Faith Formation

Club 37 April collection for DINE (New London Community Meal Center) needs: Peanut Butter, Fluff, Individual bags of Chips, Fruit juice (quart or gallon) and individually wrapped Easter candy/treats.


April 25 - Children + Families Baking for DINE meal center, 4:30pm in our Dining Hall.


April 27 - Youth Mission Trip Meeting

5-7pm, to learn about the people of Appalachia with a guest speaker, in Fellowship Room, dinner provided.

Faith in Action - Hunger & Homelessness offering

In April, Faith in Action will focus on hunger and homelessness with a special offering. There will be opportunities during the month to make a contribution to support these organizations:

Homeless Hospitality Center

DINE Community Meal Center

Care and Share of East Lyme



Find us in the dining hall during coffee hour on April 13, 20, and 27. You can also sign up or pledge for the Walk to End Homelessness which will be held on April 27. 

We are collecting used items to help set up apartments for homeless individuals.

Gently used towels of any size, including dish towels and washcloths.

Pots and frying pans, small size only.

A bin will be at the entrance to the church for the month of April labeled New London Hospitality Center. If anyone has a small microwave, coffee pot or toaster oven to donate, please contact Susan Gagliardi.

Anne Davis Meal Ministry - April

Sign up to donate fresh fruit (no apples), juice (large size) or cookies/brownies for the April meals. Drop off at church kitchen by Friday, April 25. Contact Donna Hathaway with questions. Thank you!

Quarterly Congregational Meeting - May 4

May 4 Congregational Meeting


At the May 4, 2025 congregational meeting, we will discuss and vote on a proposed amendment to the Endowment Fund Charter. The charter was written to describe acceptable donations, uses, and amounts to be made available for use and other details pertaining to the fund. Please read the document so you can be prepared for the discussion and vote. The document with the proposed changes can be found on the church website, and HERE. If you would like a hard copy, please let me know.
