Rec therapy winter camp is happy place for campers, staff

This year’s recreational therapy winter camp drew more than 130 campers across all sessions. Camper-volunteer duos rotated through activities, including art, cooking, sports and swimming.

Occupational therapy's new winter camps prove popular

This was the first year the MMI Department of Occupational Therapy has offered camp sessions over winter break. The department has offered similar summer sessions for the past three years.

Penguin Palooza back for second year


Penguins of all ages are welcome to celebrate winter at the Munroe-Meyer Institute during the second annual Penguin Palooza. The event, which is free and open to everyone, is slated for Feb. 11 from 3 to 5 p.m. in MMI's first floor lobby. Attendees can take part in games and crafts.
