All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. Which means that someone who doesn’t take time off from work becomes bored or boring. However, what if you could mix both work and play? That’s just what we did this past Wednesday Night at Fishweir Brewery.
Our luncheons twice a month are always fun and informative, but we realize that not everyone can get away at lunchtime to meet and network. That’s why it is so important to me and our officers to provide evening opportunities to get together after work. This affords all members the opportunity to mix and mingle! And of course, network and grow your business.
We have so many events planned this year from the Igloo Ice Skating event last month, to our monthly golf outings, the Crump Kirby Golf Tournament, our Annual Car Show, Deep Sea Fishing Trip, Jacksonville Shrimp Games, Thursday Night Bingo meetups, the Tailgate Party and much, much more.
So don’t be like Jack, get involved or you just might become a boring boy or girl.

Our regular luncheons are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at Maggiano's at the Town Center!

We have been offered a rare opportunity to expose your business along with the Southside Business Men’s Club to the Northeast Florida area!
Mike White, the owner of Client Focused Media has offered to host the Southside Business Men's Club at The Horse's Mouth Studios on their show Triple Play with Tom McManus (Jacksonville Jaguars), Thursday, March 27th from 1:45PM - 2:45PM.
They will feature you and your business/organization at the bar with Tom McManus, Coach Dave Campo (head coach of the Dallas Cowboys), Brian Sexton and other community leaders.
They will interview our members about the virtues of belonging to the Southside Business Men’s Club along with opportunities to discuss your businesses!
Afterward, Mike will compile all of the interviews and package them into one or more commercials that will be aired on local television stations! He will also provide reels that can be put on our website and yours and be emailed to potential new members or clients.
There is only room for 25 applicants! It is first come first served!
Participants do not incur any expense for this opportunity.
