New Location!

Effective March 31, our office will be in Hyde Park at 4232 Albany Post Road -- in the former home of Hudson Valley Healing Arts (the practice of Lyme Disease specialist Dr. Richard Horowitz). Between Ulster Savings and Bourbon Street.

On Friday March 28, our Pok office will be closed as movers relocate our furniture and equipment to the new location. Telehealth appointments will be available throughout the day and Saturday the 29th.

Although we are going to miss Poughkeepsie where we saw patients for the last sixteen years, our new office has ample parking, is all on one floor, and is surrounded by a safe neighborhood.
