Young Adult Grow Group on Thursdays

Our Young Adult Study on the Gospel of Mark continues! All Young Adults are invited to join us as we journey through the Gospel of Mark. We meet on Thursday nights downstairs in the Youth Room at 7pm.

The Gospel of Mark chronicles Jesus’s journey from Galilee to Jerusalem. Along the way, the Messiah gathers a ragged band of disciples. As crowds grow and dwindle on the road to Jerusalem, only a few stick by the suffering savior on the road of discipleship.

In this series on the Gospel of Mark, author and speaker Francis Chan invites us to walk with him along the ancient ways of the Master. Tracing the steps of Jesus and the Twelve through Israel, Francis explores the major themes of the Gospel of Mark, and asks: Are we willing to take this journey to embrace discipleship?

DMV Young Adult Worship Night

Commonwealth Worship is holding a Young Adult Worship Night on Friday, March 28th at 7pm at The King's Chapel (12925 Braddock Rd, Clifton, VA 20124). Come for a special time of fun, fellowship, and worship through song.

This event is focused on getting back to the heart of Commonwealth Worship, gathering young adults in the DMV together for a time of mutual encouragement and praising the Lord together.

Parking onsite is limited, so carpooling is highly encouraged. Overflow parking will be available 5 minutes from the venue with shuttles running throughout the night.

Young Adult Trivia Night

St. John's Lutheran Church is hosting Young Adult Trivia Night on Saturday, March 30th, from 6pm to 8pm, in the fellowship hall at St. John's Lutheran Church (5952 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, VA 22310). Bring a snack, bring a friend, and get ready for a night of fun, friendly competition, and connection!

Easter Egg Hunt - Volunteers Needed

Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt is coming up! On Saturday, April 12th, from 10am to noon, we welcome families from our community to join us for an egg hunting egg-sploration and other fun activities. We’re on the hunt for plastic eggs and nut-free candy donations to stuff those eggs full of sweetness, so swing by the church office with your goodies. Want to lend a hand? Museum of the Bible

On Saturday, April 12th, POP Young Adults are taking a trip to the Museum of the Bible! We will meet in the Narthex/Lobby at Prince of Peace at 12:30pm and drive to the museum together from there. Tickets are just $17 per person. Let's explore the Bible together!

Easter Sunrise Service at Lincoln Memorial

All Young Adults are invited to join us for the Easter Sunrise Service at the Lincoln Memorial on Sunday, April 20th. The service starts at 6:30am, and we'll coordinate rides closer to the event. If you're interested, join the conversation in our group chat or reply to this email.
