All are invited to join us on Thursday evenings during Lent for a time of prayer, scripture, and song in the Briggs Chapel. These brief times of worship will help us observe the season between Ash Wednesday and Holy Week by hearing from God’s word and taking time to reflect and pray.

Monday Evening Lenten Study |
Mondays | 6:30-8:00 PM
Join us for a six-week study of N.T. Wright's Book "The Day the Revolution Began."
The study meets Monday evenings at 6:30 PM, with our last meeting on April 14. We will have roundtable discussions about the major themes of the book, learn together, and ask questions. The meeting will be held in-person, but we will also have a Zoom link for those who cannot attend in person.

Invitation To Join
The Easter Choir |
Would you like to join members of the Chancel Choir in singing anthems and hymns for Easter worship with Brass and Organ? Now is your chance. Simply join the choir for rehearsals on Thursday, April 10 and Tuesday, April 15 at 7:00 PM and then join us for the 9:00 and 11:00 AM services on Sunday, April 20. We will sing two anthems including the beloved “Hallelujah” Chorus, as well as supporting the congregation in hymns with brass and organ.

Saturday, April 12
Partner with our Missions team & Amor Ministries to assist in building a home in Mexico. This is a one-day trip that our Church volunteers have done many times. Passport required. Children 10 years and older are welcome, accompanied by an adult. We'll leave the church by 7:00 AM together in a chartered bus and return home in the evening.

Songs of Hope - A Spring Choral Concert |

Offering a message of hope that spans centuries, musical styles and faith traditions, The Village Church presents a free Spring Choral Concert on Sunday, April 13 at 4:00 PM. Songs of Hope features internationally recognized organist Nathaniel Gumbs, director of chapel music at Yale University, and joined by the Village Community Chorale, several soloists and professional musicians.

The names of those honored will be listed in the bulletin on Easter. The lilies may be taken home after the last service.
