The GAEL New Principal Institute offers a comprehensive, year-long leadership development for principals in their first through third year of the principalship. Through hands-on, practical learning experiences and coaching, participants will master essential skills in instructional leadership, school culture & change, and school operations & development. Through this concentrated program, participants will develop into confident leaders equipped to transform their schools into high-performing institutions.

Cost of the institute: $725 for 2025-2026 GAEL/Affiliate (GAESP/GAMSP/GASSP) Members

$975 for 2025-2026 GAEL/Affiliate (GAESP/GAMSP/GASSP) Non-Members

Pricing includes:

• GAEL and appropriate affiliate membership for the 2025-2026 school year
• Complimentary 2025 Summer GAEL Registration
• Complimentary 2026 Winter GAEL Registration
• Complimentary Registration to one Affiliate Fall Conference (GAESP/GAMSP/GASSP)
• Six full day training events at various locations around the state of GA (Jekyll Island, Athens, Newnan, Perry, Metter).
