We were honored to collaborate with the Gulick Group to showcase a breathtaking home in the heart of Vienna. Redwood Drive is a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship designed by Sutton Yantis Associates. This home offers a rare balance of warmth, tranquility, and a clean, modern aesthetic.
With 7,470 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, it seamlessly blends luxury with livability in one of the region's most sought-after locations. Conveniently situated near Tysons Corner, Reston, Mclean, and Washington, D.C., this home offers both privacy and accessibility, making it a dream retreat.

From the moment you step inside, the meticulous attention to detail is evident. Oversized windows flood the home with natural light, accentuating the rich wood tones and sophisticated finishes. The open-concept main level is designed for effortless living and entertaining, featuring a state-of-the-art kitchen with inset cabinetry, top-tier appliances, and an expansive family foyer and pantry.

I focused on choosing certain materials to distinctly separate each room as well as allowing that to tell the story of what the room is used for. Whether it was to add coziness or to strike elegance, it created a vibe. Not to mention, this home gets beautiful natural sunlight, which paired perfectly with the staging, making the accent colors pop within the design."

How We Keep Our Inventory Fresh and Showcase Ready

Every beautifully staged home starts with an organized and well-maintained warehouse. Behind the scenes, our team works hard to ensure that our furniture, wall art, and accessories stay in pristine condition—and one of the key tools we rely on is our floor scrubber machine.
With constant movement in and out of the warehouse, dust and dirt can quickly accumulate on the concrete floors. Instead of letting settle, we use our heavy-duty floor scrubber to remove debris, keeping our workspace clean and preventing dust from transferring onto our carefully curated pieces. This not only helps maintain the quality of our inventory but also ensures that every item we bring into a home is spotless and showcase-ready. Check out our team member, Michael, in action.
