Re-enrollment Deadline

Our re-enrollment period closes on February 18. Each year, a few families inadvertently miss the re-enrollment deadline, which is why we confirm enrollment status with current families before offering available spaces to waitlisted applicants. If you have not yet submitted your re-enrollment form or officially declined re-enrollment via emailing info@montessoricenter.org, we will be reaching out via Child Pilot and phone early this week.

As an additional confirmation of your admittance for the upcoming school year or summer camp, your re-enrollment and/or summer contracts will be uploaded to the Documents section of your child's Child Pilot account late next week. If you have not received a signed PDF of your contract or see it in your Child Pilot profile by next week, please let us know.

Opportunity and ESA+ Scholarship Information

Tuition assistance through the Opportunity Scholarship (OS) for K-8 students is now more accessible than ever to families across all income brackets. With expanded access, more families are qualifying than initially anticipated. While the program remains tiered, the broader financial criteria have made eligibility more inclusive. Families who qualify for ESA+ scholarships may receive an award covering the full cost of tuition.

The deadline to apply for new scholarships is March 6, and all current OS recipients must renew their scholarship by April 15. For more details, visit our Tuition Assistance page or reach out to Ms. Dawn at billing@montessoricenter.org with any questions.

Call to Action: Spring Fling RSVPs Needed

I know this event may seem far off, but due to the time-sensitive nature of ordering t-shirts, securing supplies, organizing the run, and other logistics, we need to make key decisions this week. Your feedback—whether you're attending or not—is essential to help us move forward!

Please take a moment over the next few days to click the link below to let us know if you plan to attend our Spring Fling event. Even if you're not able to attend, letting us know will help us plan more effectively. If you're planning to sign up for the 5k or Fun Run, please click here to register. We need all responses by Thursday to finalize our plans and secure everything for the event. Your input truly makes all the difference!

Cristo's Spirit Night

We invite you to support the school at our next Spirit Night this Wednesday from 3-8 PM! This is a take-out only event, so you can enjoy a meal from the comfort of home while helping fund our Playground Enhancement plans. During this event, 15% of take-out order proceeds will be donated to the school. Please click the link below to place your order!

Summer Camp Information

Summer camp enrollment for our pre-elementary programs (Nido, EY, and CH) will open on February 26 for families not returning in the fall, subject to space availability.

Elementary summer camp registrations are now live. Please note that these programs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into your selected camps. Confirmation of enrollment will be provided via a PDF copy of the contract. If only some of your requested weeks are available, we will reach out this week to clarify.
